He is survived by: his wife Kelley Caldwell; his sons, Robert Jason Caldwell (Latrice), Dayton McCoy Poff, Samuel Steven Caldwell (Mary) and Joshua Lee Caldwell (Whittney); his grandchildren, Alexis Agee, Zachary Caldwell, Matthew Caldwell, Gabriel Caldwell, Jaden Bishop, Emma Carroll, Adeline Caldwell, Joshua Jr. Caldwell, Samuel McKenzie Caldwell, Mayzlin Caldwell, Emerson Caldwell, Kaine Moede and Kage Moede; his great grandchild Avery Agee; his siblings, Michael Caldwell (Lois), Victor Caldwell, Glenn Dale Caldwell, Phillip Caldwell (Marsha), Teresa Woolwine (Gene) and Marcella Kay Lytton (Donnie); and his siblings-in-law, Shawn Gallagher (Debbie) and Katherine Maurer (Robert). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Samuel Henderson Caldwell, 69, peacefully stepped into the gates of Glory on January 5th, 2025 after a long hard fight with Parkinson's disease.
