She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley Sutphin and Mary Etta Spaulding Sutphin; her siblings, Martha Ellen Sutphin, Grover Lee Sutphin, James Edgar Sutphin and Carl Henry Sutphin; her grandchildren, Michael Scott Snider and Chelsea Anne Snider; her daughter Nancy Marie Snider; and her former husband Curtis McKinley Snider, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Becky Loretta Akers (Wayne) of Riner, Patricia Mae Snider Koran (Gary) of Roanoke, Linda Sue Snider of Willis, Curtis McKinley Snider, Jr. of Colorado, Russell Steven Snider of Christiansburg and Connie Anne Snider Widner (Ricky) of Christiansburg; and her sister Ethel Mae Sutphin Fizer. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
