He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Harvey and Nelle Carper Shelburne. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughter Suzanne (Giovanni Dasara); his stepdaughter Julia; his cousin Patsy McCann of Middleburg, Virginia.; and also, Emily Grace Bunn, Linda Wilson, Sandra Brunner, Kathy Bunn and Marsha Pack.
He would be pleased if donations were made to local animal shelters or humane societies.
