He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul and Gracie Myrtle Whetzel Allen. He is survived by: his close friend Connie Bell; his children, Betty Doyle (T. J.), Marie Conley, Ralph E. Allen, Jr. (Shelia), Jimmy Allen (Lorie Ann) and Billy Allen; and his siblings, Stanley, Glenn Allen and Barbara Allen. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
