He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Randall and Leona Smith Randall; and his sisters, Marilyn Jaynes and Elizabeth Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce J. Randall; his children, Zachary A. Randall (Sabine) and Stephanie L. Davis (Chuck); his stepchildren, Walter L. Blount (Robin) and Amanda B. Cottone (Greg); and his grandchildren, Madelyn, Gavin, Dominic, Angelica, Michael and Presley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McCoy Funeral Home (150 Country Club Dr SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel (150 Country Club Dr SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060).
