It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mahesh Dayalji Desai of Christiansburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bharti; his daughter Sangita; and his parents, Dayalji and Sumitra. He is survived by: his children, Amit (Kerry) and Bhavika (James); his grandchildren, Kieran, Ellie, Abby and Leela; his siblings, Harshad (Bharti), Narendra and Shushila; and his caregivers, Charlene Simpkins and Stephanie Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as a large extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Kidney Fund or the American Cancer Society.
