She was predeceased by: her parents, Minor McNeil and Corinne McNeil; her husband Earl Basham; her siblings, Howard McNeil, Jack McNeil and Mabel Light; and her close friend Ward Sutphin.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Gunter, Rick Basham (Wanda) and Gerald Basham (Linda); her grandchild Eddie Burlingame (Tracy); her great grandchild Makayla Neel (Corban); her grandchildren, Eric Burlingame, Melissa Gunter and Kristi Osborne (Steven); her great grandchildren, Camden, Carrington, Jon Gunter (Kristen), Joshua, Jakob, Julie Sink (Jeff) and Amy Kyle (Jay); her siblings, Maynard 'Casey McNeil and Louise Shank; and also, Adam, Hayden, Kayleigh, Jason Basham (Pam), Marshall, Lindsey Bosley, Logan Bosley, Audrey, Elena and Tammy Janney (Mark).
