It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Junita Sally Altizer Kinder (Christiansburg, Virginia), who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton H. Altizer and Bessie Quesenberry Altizer; her sister Willie Sue; and her husband Rodney P. Kinder. She is survived by: her sons, Billy Nye Kinder (Carole) of Land, James Timothy Kinder (Lynn) and Maiden of North Carolina; her granddaughters, Laura Bucher (Matt) of Mooresville and Adrienne Scott (Hunter) of Stem; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Kennedy Kinder of Seffner, Florida and Nolan Scott of Stem.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Amorem Hospice, 902 Kirwood St, Lenior, North Carolina 28645 for the exceptional care she received in her last days.
