He is survived by: his wife Trudie Worrell; his sons, Donald Worrell (Renee) and Ronald Worrell (Ginger); his grandchildren, Michaela Johnston, Karli Worrell, Ethan Worrell (Sarah) and Tanner Worrell; his great grandchildren, Annysyn Johnston, Carter Johnston, Trace Johnston, Oliver Worrell and Honeymae Worrell; and his siblings, Lee Worrell (Barbara), Terri St, Claire (Roger), Luther Spencer (Willie Mae) and Butch Yates (Shirley).
