She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Johnson Carson and Richard Griggs Carson; her sister Frances Carson Spain; her brother-in-law Jack Lankford Spain; her former husband Paul Donald Hall; and her aunts and uncles, Sara Carson, Virginia Carson Morehead, Mildred Carson Bennett (Leonard Bennett), Margaret Johnson (Louise), Paul Johnson and Samuel Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Randall Hall; her nephews, Jack Spain Jr. and Richard Spain; her niece Jayne Spain Beachler (Tom Beachler); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lucy Spain, Sara Beachler Jasper (Thomas Jasper), Marci Spain and Austin Beachler (Taylor Satterfield Beachler); and also, Olivia Watson, Isabelle Beachler, Sophia Beachler, Anne Jasper, Perry Jasper and Owen Beachler.
Her professional journey took her from Blacksburg, VA to Raleigh, NC, and finally to Wilmington, NC, where she made significant contributions to the company's success.
