He is survived by: his grandson Tayt; his wife Carolyn Lester Akers; his children, Don "Bubby" Akers and Tracy Trump (Ricky); his stepgrandchildren, Katie Trump (Seth) and Ellie Trump; his great grandchildren, Arcadia, Liam and Ava; his pet Gracie; his siblings, Dana Lester (Tommy), Dale "Brown" Akers (Sarah) and Teresa Hall (Perry); his nephew Zach Thornton (Jamee); his niece Emily Duncan (Dylan); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy and Steve Thompson. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends.
