Rupe (Jay) of Pulaski, VA.; her grandchildren, Carter and McKenna Rupe; her brother Ralph Wells, Jr. (Susie) of Coeburn, VA; her aunts, Theda Rose and Juanita Wells; her cousin Vickie Wells; her friends, Martha Moore, Faye Snow, Julie Williams, Connie Martin and Jackie Ellison; and her pet Fenway.

To continue her legacy of TOUCHING HEARTS Deb requested that instead of flowers contributions be made to The Salvation Army.
