We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2023, at the age of 73, Claude Wayne Haley of Christiansburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude E. Haley and Thelma Dickerson Haley. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Hughes Haley; his daughter Liann; his son-in-law Jimmy Fuller of Radford, VA; his granddaughters, Aubrie and Emmy Fuller; his sisters, Vickie Haley of Christiansburg, Denise Haley of Blacksburg and Linda Sites of Christiansburg; his siblings-in-law, Cliff and Mary Hughes; his nephew-in-law Ashley; his great-niece Emily Strand; and his nephew Kyle Sites.

“I have had very interaction with Wayne over the years. We were in High School together for a while. Of course he attended CHS 50th Réunion and I saw him there. I believe Sherry was there but I'm not sure. ( Me Memory Challenged) I was BLESSED to see him at his church when they had a Gospel Singing. His Cousin Sandra and I were friends in High school. He was a GODLY MAN and a BLESSING to many. PRAYERS for family and friends. W. Alderman.”
