He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Swayne and Emilie Elizabeth Blitch Swayne. He is survived by: his wife Carol Swayne; his children, Charles Swayne III (Julianne) of Maineville, Timothy Brian Swayne (Rachel) of Sammamish, Tracy Kuschel (Mark) of Weatherford and Joseph Swayne (Rebecca) of St. Paul, Minnesota; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Mann of Orange Park, Florida.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (1740 Tyler Rd, Christiansburg, VA 24073). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
