It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill A. Rice of Christiansburg, Virginia, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harrison Rice and Mabel Gibson Rice; and his wife Ruby Spencer Rice. He is survived by: his children, Renae Rice Criner (Roger) of Christiansburg, Bryan A. Rice (Benita) of Christiansburg and Timothy S. Rice (Irene) of Dunn, NC; his stepchildren, Dreama Hilton, Lesa Delosrios and Tim Lawson; and his sister Betty Rice Watson of Roanoke. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
