He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Collins; and his parents, Oscar Collins and Lorene Collins. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Collins and Courtney Rowland; his grandsons, Cameron Vitaliano, Chase Rowland and Gramps; his siblings, George Collins, Kenny Collins and Ellen Kieth; his uncle Junior Gillenwater; his close friends, Colton, Wes, Ricky, Jamie, Johnny and Dustin; and his son Todd Collins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Horne Funeral Home & Cremation Service (1300 N Franklin St, Christiansburg, VA 24073). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lighthouse Family Ministries (365 Union Valley Rd, Riner, VA 24149).
