She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Bowers and Moore; her husband Larry Shepherd; and her daughter Vicky. She is survived by: her boyfriend Henry Eads; her children, Nora Silvia-Strong, Timothy Shepherd and Nancy Shepherd; her grandchildren, Samantha Strong, Logan Shepherd (Liz), Hannah Shepherd, Adam Shepherd and Nick Shepherd; her great grandchild Kyler Strong; and her siblings, Margaret Thorns and Rick Bowers.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cambria Pentecostal Holiness Church (915 Montgomery St, Christiansburg, VA 24073).
