He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Guarino and Rose Guarino; his sister Josephine Baxter; and his former wife Joyce Tope. He is survived by: his wife Mary McFerren; and his daughters, Dori Dunn of Christiansburg, VA, Donna Burford of Charlotte, NC, Debi Darnell of Christiansburg, VA and Dawn Pouliot of Wilmington, NC. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Horne Funeral Home (1300 N Franklin St, Christiansburg, VA 24073). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Roselawn Gardens (2880 N Franklin St, Christiansburg, VA 24073).
