He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Howard and Mary Mariah Howard; and his brothers, Darrel Howard, Mitchell Howard Sr. and Carey Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Berry Howard; his son Michael (Linda); his granddaughter Kelly Howard Hale (Jason); and his great grandchild MaCauley Michael Hale. He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to the Union Baptist Church or a charity of your choice.
