He was predeceased by: his wife Kathlene Brown; and his parents, John Brown and Cora Elizabeth Collins Stevens. He is survived by: his daughter Joyce Rooker of Chincoteague, VA. He is also survived by two grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
