It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Hill of Chincoteague, Virginia, born in Selma, Alabama, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Ada Mae Hooks (Pat); her husband John Wesley Hill Jr. (Jack); her father Richard Monroe Hooks; her stepfather Howard Hill; her siblings, Patricia, Barbara and Richard; and her children, Vicki Kern and Johnny Hill.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Duffield (Bill); her sister Toni Kasko; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Mills, James Pruitt (Jen), Rachel Seymour (Jimmy), Jessica Pruitt, Mischelle Thornes (John), Julie Hill and Ben Kenney.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at 5252 Woodland Dr, Chincoteague, VA 23336.
