He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou; his children, Susan Pertsch (Charlie) and Shaney Howard (Vanessa); his brother Terry Howard (Judy); and his grandchildren, Hannah Victoria Birch, Robert Carter Birch, Christian Alexander Birch and Owen Arlo Young. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
