He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexander Francis Justice and Dorothy Justice (Murray); his wife Gloria Ewell Justice; his daughter Kathy Reed (Ollie) of Chincoteague, VA; his granddaughter Valerie Merritt (Keith); his great grandchild Jenna Merritt of Atlantic, VA; his sister Rosalie Kennedy (Wallace) of North Carolina; his grandson William Todd Clark; his stepfather Orville Quillen; and his nephew Steven Kennedy. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company Building Fund or the local SPCA.
