Thomas Helwig Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2021, at the age of 92, Thomas Helwig of Chincoteague Island, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Helwig to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Helwig and Edith Helwig (Moon); and his daughter Pamela Jean Resnick. He is survived by: his brother Charles; his close friend Richard Ackerman; his wife Patricia Helwig of Chincoteague Island, VA; his daughters, Laura Lynn Wildt (Mark) of Whitesboro, TX and Edith Jane Hooper (Daniel) of Fort Pierce, FL; and his sisters, Anna Ruth Finocchio (Nicholas) of Chincoteague Island, VA and Janet Marie Helwig of Chincoteague Island, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
