He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Hayes. He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Tyndall of Chincoteague Island, VA and Jennifer Libertino of Chincoteague Island, VA; his grandchildren, Tylar Libertino of Chincoteague Island, VA, Miles Libertino of Chincoteague Island, VA and Cole Tyndall of Chincoteague Island, VA; and his brother Roger Hayes of Elberta, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
