He is survived by: his wife Myrna Tarr (Jones) of Chincoteague Island, VA; his sons, Fred Tarr of Catonsville, MD and Jeff Tarr (Ann) of Pasadena, MD; his daughter-in-law Michelle Tarr of Pasadena, MD; his stepchildren, K. Clay Bunting (Roxanne) of Quinby, VA, Denise Savage (Jay) of Chincoteague Island, VA and Chris Bunting (Terrie Lynn) of Chincoteague Island, VA; his grandchildren, Megan Tarr, Russell Tarr, Chris Tarr, Courtney Selba, Lance Bunting, Brittany Bunting, Brooke Elliott, Jamie Bunting, Bryant Savage, Skyler Bunting, Trevor Bunting and Christopher Fox; and his cousin Sue Romines. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
