He is survived by: his wife Cathy Manning of Chincoteague Island, VA; his sons, Jason Phillip Manning (Kirsten Younghee Song) of Fairmont, WV and Adrian K. Manning (Amy) of Zuni, VA; his grandchildren, Henry Sejong Manning of Fairmont, WV and Austyn Mae Manning of Zuni, VA; his stepgrandchildren, Christian Mayer of Zuni, VA and Paul Mayer of Zuni, VA; his sister Vicky Thornton (Joe) of Chincoteague Island, VA; his parents-in-law, George and Barbara Bowden of Chincoteague Island, VA; his stepfather Mac MacDowell (Joyce) of New Church, VA; and his stepbrother Mackey MacDowell (Sandy) of Chincoteague Island, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
