It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Potts of Chincoteague Island, Virginia, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Potts, Sr.; his brother Joseph Sorrells, Jr.; his uncle George; and his aunt Ruby Hall. He is survived by: his son Jonathan Lloyd Potts (Crystal) of Greenbackville, VA; his grandchildren, Brandon and Cassidy of Greenbackville, VA; his mother Faye Reed McNure (Moses) of Chincoteague Island, VA; his siblings, Myra MacPherson (Keith) of Royal Oak, MD and Moe McNure (Elaine) of New Church, VA; and his close friend Benson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
