With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Keith Bowers of Chincoteague Island, Virginia, who passed away on November 17, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Bowers and Elsie Bowers (Fox). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Toland Bowers of Chincoteague Island, VA; his daughters, Nancy Suzan Adams (Joe) of Chincoteague Island, VA and Brenda Kay Kelly (Tommy) of Jessup, MD; and his granddaughters, Chrissy Neighbors (Jimmie) of Charlestown, WV, Suzy Adams of Chincoteague Island, VA, Tina Peratino (Eric) of Bowie, MD, Ashley Showell (Brett) and Carrie Underwood (Jason). He is also survived by six great grandsons and one great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
