We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2022, at the age of 80, Frances Fox Hoffman of Chincoteague Island, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Keen and Frances Dearing Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Herndon Alezander Hoffman (Malinda Mann) of Chincoteague Island, VA and Charles Dewitt Hoffman, III of Chesapeake Beach, MD; her brother Alex Keen Phillips, III (Lynn) of Leesburg, VA; her grandchildren, Charles, Mary and Melissa; and her great grandchild Ben. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
