We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2021, at the age of 88, Elizabeth Thornton of Chincoteague Island, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Taylor and Madeline Taylor (Jester); and her husband Stanley Eugene Thornton. She is survived by: her children, Harry Stanley Thornton (Karen) and Linda Thornton; her grandchildren, Kenny Thornton (Vonnie) and Valerie Brizak (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Reid Thornton, Noah Jagow, Cain Jagow, Scarlett Brizak of Chincoteague Island, VA. and Maddie Parks of Chincoteague Island, VA..
