It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delmas James Taylor of Chincoteague Island, Virginia, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmas Taylor and Georgie Taylor (Rowley); and his brother Burleigh Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Debra Christie Taylor; his son James William "Billy" Taylor of Chincoteague Island, VA; and his sisters, Ernestine Bowden of Virginia, Elizabeth Donaway of Virginia and Ruth Anne Bell of Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
