He is survived by: his wife Laura Kathy Haga "Kat" Ratcliffe of Chilhowie, VA; his children, Kimberly Ratcliffe of Abingdon, VA, Isaac Ratcliffe (Moriah) of Meadowview, VA and Paul Ratcliffe of Saltville, VA; his grandson Bradley Ratcliffe of Charlotte, NC; his siblings-in-law, Sandi Haga Olshin (Herb) of Abingdon, VA, Lisa Haga Levy (Will) of Winters, CA, Earnest Blevins of Saltville, VA and Alex Kale of Charlotte, NC; and his cousins, Bob, Lynda Mabe, Mike, Mary Ann Hayes, Buster, Helen Sexton, Gail Mullins, Greg Neal, Robert Roop, Henry, M'ledge Estridge, Stephanie Branham, John, Judy Wolford, Shelby Hagy and Scott Hammonds. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
