It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Anders (Chilhowie, Virginia), who passed away on October 19, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Finley and Mary Haga Reedy; her former husband Chester Lee Reedy; her husband Jimmy Lee Anders; her daughter Debbie Couch; and her siblings, Darlene Lowe, Marsh Finley and Ford Finley.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Reedy (Kevin Pennington) of Chilhowie, VA and Michael Reedy (Jody McConnell) of Abingdon, VA; her grandchildren, Billy Campbell (Rhonda), Scotty Campbell of Groseclose, VA, April Dunn (Matthew Gates) of Rich Valley, Austin Couch of Chilhowie, VA, Amy Greer, Brandon Lowe, Autumn Reedy, Michael Reedy Jr. and Preston Weddle; her brothers, Wayne Finley of Meadowview, VA and Doyle Finley; and her sister-in-law Florence Finley. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Chilhowie Rescue Squad.
