She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrington Lowe, and Betty Lowe, Jr.; and her brother David Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Johnny L. Russell of Chilhowie; her son Tony L. Russell (Valarie); her granddaughter Montana Russell of Chilhowie; her siblings, Danny Lowe (Glenda) of Chilhowie, Gilda Richardson of Florida and Tonya Woosley (Jody) of Richlands; and her close friend Charlene "Short" McKinnon of Marion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
