She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Robert and Ella Combs McFarland; her brothers, Joe McFarland, J. D. McFarland and Elmer "Peanut" McFarland, Jr.; and her close friend Donald "Heavy" Widener.

She is survived by: her son Billy Wayne Testerman (Lacey); her granddaughters, Natalie Isabell, Savannah Rae and Emma Grace Testerman; her siblings, Jamie McFarland, Susan McAllister and Jennifer Russell; and her close friend Joey Blevins. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
