He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Andrew Blevins and Eudora Lee Bruffy Blevins; and his brother Joseph Allen Blevins. He is survived by: his son Mark Anthony Blevins; his siblings, Claude Andrew Blevins, John Edward Blevins and Julia Blevins; and his grandchildren, Victoria Rhea Alder (Greg) and Carson Anthony Blevins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
