She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Jack Blevins; her parents, Roby Hess and Nellie Hess; and her brother Leroy Hess. She is survived by: her daughters, Julia Michelle Jones (Farrell), Jill Marie Robinson (George) and Lori Faye Blevins (Tim); her siblings, Linda Robbins, Leslie Hess and Robert "Bobby" Hess; her friend Larry Burkett; and her close friend Pikachu. She is also survived by her three best friends.
Masks are required and social distancing requirements are recommended.
Flowers are appreciated; however, Dorothy was a transplant recipient so the family would like everyone to please sign their donor cards or make a donation to the Transplant Center at UVA Medical Center in her memory.
