It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Luke Sinclair III of Chesterfield, Virginia, who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bliley's-Chippenham (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
