He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Green Cole and Massouni Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Jerry Spain (Angie) and Janet Shoaf (Dave); his grandchildren, Diane Panton (Ronnie), Gabrielle Cliborne (Jacob), Hunter Spain (Jade), Trevor Spain (Kayla) of David and Shoaf (Kristen); his pet Scooter; and his friends, Lou Wilson, Suzanne Avery and Lois Griffin. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and three additional great grandchildren.
