He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hand and Kathleen Hand. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Hand Hatcher (Pete); his granddaughter Skyler Grace Dixon; his brother Gary Lee Hand (Karen); and his nieces, Courtney Bassett (Brian) and Whitney Sciotto (Jeff). He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews, and a large and loving extended family.
