He was predeceased by: his wife Laverne (Estelle Laverne); his parents, Roy Barlow and Minnie Barlow; and his siblings, Shirley Meeks and David Barlow.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dixie Burr (Bill) and Loretta Barlow (Brandon); his grandchildren, Bridget Burr (Richard), Carrie Dickenson (AJ) and R. J. Davis; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Sawyer, Hunter, Holton and River Belle; and his siblings, Charles Barlow, Roger Barlow, Jackie Barlow, Jenevie Ferguson and Linda Wetzler.
