With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rose Marek Blevins of Chesterfield, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Rose Marek departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Rose Marek. Though Rose Marek may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Marek and Nettie Marek; and her siblings, Joey Marek, Frank Marek, Maude Watkins, Darlene Marek and Mary Bell Marek Vincelle.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Lastauckas (James) and Robert Harold Blevins II (Toni); her grandchildren, Terry Blevins and Robert Harold Blevins III; and her grandchild-in-law Reza.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Southlawn Memorial Park (1911 Birdsong Rd, South, Prince George, VA 23805).
