He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Irene and David Jerome Lowry; his wife Lena Parham Lowry; and his siblings, Wayne H. Lowry and Janice L. O'Neal.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Miller (Kyle) and Keith Lowry (Jan); his grandchildren, Lyndsey VanCaster (Joey), Mary Brown (Mike), Brittany Morales (Mike), Chris Miller (Meredith), Jennifer Trainham (Sokun Yin) and Joey Lowry (Sierra); and his great grandchildren, Campbell VanCaster, Mills VanCaster, Walker VanCaster, Thomas VanCaster, Bowen Brown, Billy Miller, Penelope Morales, Luke Trainham, Wesley Trainham, Hazel Yin and Pete Lowry.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Dale Memorial Park (10201 Newbys Bridge Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children Hospital.
