He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kay Mustain; his mother Judy Lawson (Darrell); his siblings, Tracey Mustain and Timothy Jackson (Jen); his stepsons, Gregory R. Thomas and Alan W. Thomas; his aunts, Shiney Winn, Nita Pickerel and Barbara Osborne (Dave); his uncle Larry Farthing (Patty); and his close friends, Bingo and Sudsy.
