It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Carlyle Witt (Chesterfield, Virginia), who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Roy Browning Witt, Jr.; and his sister Mary Leigh Witt. He is survived by: his wife Susan Witt; his children, Nathan Witt (Tina) and Jennifer Patterson (Clint); his grandchildren, McLellan Witt, Colton Patterson and Matthew Patterson; his mother Judy Witt; and his siblings, Barry Witt (Tamara), Laura King (Dave), Nancy Martin (Bob), Carol Witt and Kim Beyer. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
