He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Encinas and George Encinas; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Nicole Encinas. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Encinas; his children, Ashley Encinas, Ryan Encinas (Ashley), Logan Encinas and Lindell Walley TSgt (Stacey); his brother Paul Encinas (Linda); his niece Erika MacCormac; his nephew Michael Encinas; his stepsons, Matthew and Gregory Williams; and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Dorian, Graham and Lucas.
