He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garland Bailey and Kathleen M. Harmon; his significant other Rachel G. Bailey; and his brother James H. Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Junior Bailey (Lisa), Shirley Ragar (Jeff) and Becky Hofmann (Scott); his grandchildren, Tyler Bailey (Kate), Kaylyn Howard (Ryan), Nikki Wilson (Tim), Corina Gambal (Seth) and Madison Hofmann; his great grandchildren, Lila Bailey, Grant Howard, Hannah, Annabelle, Junior, Bella and Gavin Wilson; his brothers, Wayne Harrison and Freddie Bailey; his brothers-in-law, Leroy Gunganus (Jeanette) and Ray Gurganus (Ann); his sisters, Judy Barns and Mary Tart; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Bailey and Brenda Tyson (Johnny).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Dale Memorial Park (10201 Newbys Bridge Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832).
