She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Red" Stoute and Gertie Meyers Stoute; her husband Thomas Lee Bartlett; and her granddaughter Brittany Foy. She is survived by: her children, Pennie Foy (Tim), Tammy Beard, James Bartlett (Cheryl) and Amanda Thibodeaux; her grandchildren, Justin Foy (Katie), Thomas Foy (Ashley), Brogan Foy (Cierra), Robert Stoute, Austin Stoute, Alexis Stoute, Tristan Bartlett, Gage Thibodeaux and Landon Thibodeaux; and her siblings, Peggy Aymond, Rita Simon, Bobby Stoute and Connie Perry (Scott). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Community Methodist Church (4814 Courthouse Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832).
