He was predeceased by: his father Carrol Bottoms; and his grandparents, Clifton and Bertie Mae Moseley. He is survived by: his mother Vera Bottoms Pemberton; his brother Elvin C. Bottoms, Jr.; and his pet Rusty.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Second Branch Baptist Church Cemetery (12217 2nd Branch Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23838).
